Diversified Global Holdings Group Completes Acquisition of SibTechServis-N
, An international holdings company, today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of SibTechService-N (STSN). Under the terms of the acquisition, DGHG purchased 100 percent of the outstanding equity of STSN. STSN is a construction company located in Novosibirsk, Russia, where infrastructure projects will increase by approximately 50% in 2012 compared to 2011, according to Vasiliy Yurchenko, the governor of Novosibirsk."As the construction sector is one of the Group's three core driving forces, DGHG will continue to focus on enhancing this sector, along with the real estate development and consulting sectors. DGHG will make STSN a high-value company with reinforced engineering, operation and planning capabilities," said Richard Lloyd, CEO of Diversified Global Holdings Group. "STSN will be able to take advantage of DGHG's growing presence in overseas markets."
